Rob Harvie

With 15 years’ experience in education as a qualified teacher, Rob brings a strong understanding of how people learn and develop. His practical leadership expertise is underpinned by academic depth with his CMI and MA status.

Rob is a trained facilitator of Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits, and an accredited GiANT™ coach. His approach blends structured leadership tools with relational insight and emotional intelligence, supporting leaders to strengthen communication, enhance team dynamics and develop sustainable ways of working. 

A defining feature of Rob’s practice is his specialism in outdoor and wild coaching. Drawing on his experience as a volunteer with the West Yorkshire Mountain Rescue Team, he uses the outdoors as a powerful tool for reflection, resilience-building and leadership development. Rob creates transformative experiences in natural environments, uncover peoples strengths and confidence through challenges that mirror real-world organisational pressures.

Debbie Harvie

Debbie brings over 20 years of expertise in governance, organisational development, and trauma-informed practice, helping charities and organisations foster resilience, ethical governance, and community well-being. 

As a consultant specialising in governance audits, risk management strategies, and board development for charities and non-profits, her unique approach combines professional acumen with a deep commitment to creating sustainable systems that prioritise organisational success and the well-being of individuals. 

Debbie’s hands-on experience as a charity leader, complemented by her formal training in charity law, governance, and behavioural sciences, equips her to guide organisations in building frameworks that are both compassionate and impactful.

Arianna Walker

Arianna is a coaching psychologist, author and keynote speaker who helps people, leaders and organisations thrive in high-pressure, purpose-driven environments.

With over 20 years of executive leadership experience across business, charity and faith-based sectors, she blends evidence-based psychology with real-world organisational insight. A trained Cognitive Behavioural Coach, Arianna works in line with British Psychological Society ethical standards and engages in regular clinical supervision.

She designs and delivers leadership, wellbeing and resilience programmes, and is a certified Everything DiSC™ facilitator, helping teams improve communication, build resilience and create healthier, more cohesive cultures through practical, compassionate and credible coaching.

Chris Mason

With over 20 years of strategic leadership in the charitable sector, Chris brings broad, hands-on experience across governance, leadership, and operations, particularly within smaller charities.

Having worked from the ground up, he understand the realities of managing, recruiting, and leading teams to deliver ambitious outcomes.

Years of pastoral and relational service have shaped a thoughtful, listening approach, helping individuals and teams better understand themselves and grow in health and effectiveness.

He specialises in working with others to navigate complex challenges, find strategic next steps, and build unity—particularly within faith-based, multi-faith, and inclusion-focused contexts.

With over 12 years of leadership experience, a Master’s in Senior Leadership and Management, and qualifications in counselling and theology, her work is driven by a deep commitment to helping people thrive.

She brings extensive experience leading and supporting individuals and communities with compassion and insight. Known for creating therapeutically safe spaces, Charmian helps people explore the roots of their beliefs and behaviours, enabling meaningful growth.
